[TYPO3-mvc] Clearing cached views on demand

Of course I will. For now I disabled the new
caching framework in the install tool and installed APC.

Now I'm down to 1000ms rendering time for the cart,
compared to a fully cached page without any plugin,
needing only and acceptable 100ms.
