[TYPO3-mvc] replacing FLUID variables in Tx_Fluid_Core_ViewHelper_TemplateVariableContainer

Hey Masi,

makes sense at first glance. However I am not yet sure about the name,
maybe "replaceOrAdd" shows better that it will also work if there is no
element inside yet.
