[TYPO3-mvc] errors (exceptions) are not always helpful to debug their cause - extend them with more details?

No there is no special reason for this :-) I know that exception
messages still need some work, as they do not always include what you need.

If you would like to create patches for such messages and upload them to
forge, that'd be really great :-)
