[TYPO3-mvc] Accesssing other properties during validation

Hey List,
im currently working on an validator which should evaluate a file-path...
I have a restriction that the file has to be in an specific directory. 
This allowed directory name is based upon an value of an another 
Property. Or in fact it's depending on an property of an related object 
stored in another property....

How to deal with this one?
