[TYPO3-mvc] Localization of validation-errors

Hi,

opened issue http://forge.typo3.org/issues/show/6538 including a working 
patch (at least for me) ;-)

Default and german translation also included and it is possible to 
override the labels with:
config.tx_extbase._LOCAL_LANG.xxxxxx

Please comment.
