[TYPO3-mvc] Extending fe_groups - creating fe_groups in FE?

You have to implement a createAction() method and add it to the allowed 
actions in ext_localconf.php (see below).

Should be something like

Tx_Extbase_Utility_Extension::configurePlugin(
     $_EXTKEY,
     'Pi1',
     array(
         'Group' => 'index,new,crate,edit,update',
     )
);
