[TYPO3-mvc] models with empty properties coming from db

Hi,

I am surely missing something, but can't see what.
I have a model with an attribute name. The DB has 4 records, each has a 
name filled in.

The relevant code:

The array has 4 items of the right class, so I assume it finds the db 
table just fine. But the names remain blank.

Any idea?
