[TYPO3-mvc] Use Action Controller as Subcontroller

Hi there,

is there any possibility to use controllers as subcontroller? What I 
want to do is using the output of Extension A in an action in Extension 
B. As far as I can see, you have to set up a lot of "environment" in the 
controllers in order to use them correctly... so is there any "smarter" 
way to do this?
