[TYPO3-mvc] controller and action cannot be excluded from url

hey ho guys,

it seems "controller" and "action" can not be excluded from the url via 
$argumentsToBeExcludedFromQueryString. That's a pitty ;-) I'd love to 
have URLs withour controller- and/or action-arguments, because which 
action is used is resolved from flexform anyway.

What about something like the attached patch? It would allow you to add 
"controllerName" and "actionName" to 
$argumentsToBeExcludedFromQueryString so they will be excluded. If you 
do not add them, everything will work like before.
