[TYPO3-mvc] blog_example: #1203699034: A cache with identifier "cache_extbase_reflection" does not exist.

Makes no difference, same error: #1203699034: A cache with identifier  
"cache_extbase_reflection" does not exist. The blog_example is not  
working.
I have extBase version 1.1.0beta1 now.
Is there someone with a working blog_example?
