[TYPO3-mvc] calling updateAction without reaction

Hey,

is the edit view shown correctly / did you clear all caches?
If you die() in the editAction, this is executed?

Additionally, are you using the latest Fluid version as well?

PS: The error and exception handling is definitely one of the weak
points in Extbase -- we want to fix this, but we need reports like this
one :)
