[TYPO3-mvc] Accessing get/post-data in the controller

Hi there,

just found this page [1] where some really great extbase/fluid helpers are
listed.
Seems that the "kaktusteam" has already digged into extbase quite far :-)

No hard feelings! Perhaps someone needs this help too.
