[TYPO3-mvc] EscapeViewHelper and Encoding

Hello,

I just updated extbase and fluid from repository.
I have a problem with EscapeViewHelper and $encoding default value ('UTF-8') 
:
if I use {user.name} and username as a special char, nothing is displayed.
if I use <f:escape value="{user.name}" encoding="iso-8859-1"></f:escape>, it 
works.

Could somebody help me to define default charset for Escape.
