[TYPO3-mvc] Rendered documentation

Hey guys,

seems like quite some ppl are missing a rendered documentation and the 
API documentation in SVN is kind of outdated.

A PDF-rendered version of the manual as well as an HTML-rendered version 
of the (recent) API PHPdoc can be found at:

http://extbase.foertel.com/doc

All docs are "nightly builds" and so generated every midnight to cover 
the latest changes in trunk.
