So the next question is: How do I fetch data from a mm-relation?

I have

table a) (addresses)
table b) (addressgroups)

and table_a_b_mm

Now, I want to fetch all addresses that belong to certain addressgroups.
For example to the groups with uid 1 or 2 --> How do I get the records
that have both groups and how do I get the records that have one of the
groups?
