[TYPO3-mvc] quickstart documentation

Hi there,

i restructured the quickstart manual in  
doc_extbase/Documentation/Manual/en/quickstart/index.xml to have the user  
better guided to his/her first success.
i think its crucial to deliver the users as much initial success feelings  
as possible.

On next weekend there will be the first real content added, if i will have  
this success feelings while playing around with Extbase :)

If anyone has suggestions for the quickstart guide, bring them in!
