[TYPO3-mvc] Catchable fatal error in Classes/Dispatcher.php

Hi Steffen!

Try clearing the caches through the TYPO3 back-end. There now is a
Reflection cache which needs some variables from TYPO3_CONF_VARS which
will be available once you cleared the caches.
