[TYPO3-mvc] findByUid causes an enableFields() issue

When i got it right, this issue occurs when a domain model object has 
loalization fields (sys_language_uid,l10n_parent,l10n_diffsource).

I just commented these fields out in TCA

(in

['interface']=>['showRecordFieldList']
['columns']

and

['types'][0]['showitem']

)

Cleared cache but the error still remains the same. Someone an idea 
under which circumstances this error occurs, so i can maybe change my 
settings (e.g. localization is not yet required for my project).
