[TYPO3-mvc] Where to put cli scripts?

Hi Nikolas,

in case they are not necessary classes, I'd put them into 
Resources/Private/PHP.

In case they are classes, I'd just use the normal naming conventions 
inside Classes/, f.e. Tx_MyExt_Commandline_MyCommandLineClass
