Sounds delightful awesome :) No Ext-Repository, A snippet/Viewhelper 
repository :)

How - in detail - did you think this should work? We might offer the 
possibility to allow registered users to create an "task" describing 
what his ViewHelper is Able to provide, documenting section and file 
upload. And this we may offer in a categorized listviews with singles....

(Might be another extbase example :) )
