there are only 3 extensoions shown:
viewhelpertest,
blog_example
mvc_extjs_samples [MES]

all of them are in forge, last one contains several plugins and 2 BE 
modules, all as proof-of-concept (done by Xavier and me)
You'll find not much extension logic in now, but works with special 
controller for the ExtJS stuff, flexform for configuration etc.

It's a nice playground and a lot of fun!
