[TYPO3-mvc] Fatal error: Call to undefined method Tx_Extbase_Utility_Plugin::configuredispatcher()

Dear all,

I'm trying to install current core of TYPO3 v4.3 from
https://svn.typo3.org/TYPO3v4/Core/trunk.
It was installed without problems. After installation of extension
extbase I'm getting an error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined method
Tx_Extbase_Utility_Plugin::configuredispatcher() in
C:\AppServ\www\projects\typo3_4.3\typo3conf\temp_CACHED_psee26_ext_localconf.php
on line 689

anybody knows what happens and why do I get this error? :)
