[TYPO3-mvc] more than one template for one action?

Hi,
i try to find a concept with JS and my wish would be to have 2 templates.
One template for header data (javascript) and one for the body (normal
output). Having a header template would make it much easier to write
dynamic JS, it's not nice to do this in php.
The header template should be catched after render to use it in
pageHeader, the other template should be printed as usual.
I have no idea how to realize, as the template name is mapped to the
controller action. Any idea?
