[TYPO3-mvc] [FYI] Caching now works

Hey everybody,

I just wanted to let you know:

- Caching now works. There was still a stupid typo in the TypoScript 
conditions which switches the plugin from USER to USER_INT. This caused 
some very strange behavior as it did not really work.

- Now, TSConfig TCEMAIN.clearCacheCmd is respected correctly.

- I backported most of FLOW3's automatic error handling feature. Now, in 
case you have a form which has an error, it is re-displayed.
