[TYPO3-mvc] controller and unique id

Hi,

after a cigarette break and some more thinking, the issue is more 
complex as it looks like.

Some scenarios:
take a news list and a single view in other page. The single view is 
another instance of the plugin, the list doesn't know the identifier.
Now you delete the single plugin and create a new one => uid change

Unique id behaviour is needed only in the special context when having 
more than one identical plugins on one page where request can compete 
against each.
