Hi,

According to FLOW3, directory Resources/Private/Icons should be moved to 
Resources/Public/Icons as files there need to be accessible by the 
browser, when logged into BE and thus should be copied to the "public" 
folder.

Private/ should contain only files that are accessed by PHP only 
(templates, language files, ...) and are not delivered as-this to the 
browser.
