[TYPO3-mvc] ExtJS

Hi,

after a conspirative skype meeting we got some progress:

1) created 4 plugins: HelloWorld, SimpleForm, Twitter and Feeds
2) created a superclass ExtJS_Controller_ActionController which
* collect inline code
* automatic ExtJS namespace, wrapp inline code with singleton pattern
* fetch lang labels for inlineJS usage (<namespace>.lang)
* collect settings for inlineJS usage (<namespace>.settings)

All is working fine (except some internal extbase, see the "Bug with 
settings" thread.

Have a look, criticize/join
