[TYPO3-mvc] Caching issue?

Is there any new regarding the fix for this problem? It seems like we 
will be more and more having this problem now that it becomes really 
cool to use Extbase and Fluid.

I guess the API to register a plugin should be changed ASAP if needed or 
this should be official that code stuff has to be put twice.
