[TYPO3-mvc] Where to put eID Class?

Hey Guys,

I'm introducing an eID-Feature to my MVC-Extension, but where should I 
put it? It's a PHP-Class, so I guess into Classes/.
But do you recommend any specific subfolder?

The new Coding Guidelines only show the old style Extension directory 
structure:

Shouldn't there be the new-way directory structure?
