[TYPO3-shop] Manually finalize an order?

Occasionally the payment-process of our customers results in 'error' 
whilst the payment is made successfully.

Is there any way to have the shopkeeper finalize this order manually?
Not just by unsetting the 'hide' check box and 'status' to 1, but also 
to have tt_products fill all the appropriate fields 'orderData' etc?
