[TYPO3-shop] Is it possible to make a product-tree shop via TYPO3 page-tree functional?

You must change the order when the mini basket is executed. The 
minibasket must be executed as the last and not as the first tt_products 
plugin.
So change the order of the plugins in TypoScript.
