[TYPO3-shop] eDocument shop, pay - download

I wonder if someone can tell me if the following is possible using a 
combination of tt_products and mbi_products_categories (to hook to other 
meta data)

1. Handle the process of searching a eDocument by custom metadata tag - 
specifically a google-maps location (suburb, street name, house number)
2. Preview a single page of the PDF-eDocument
3. Purchase, more, checkout all in ajax/page refreshless environment
4. Use my own bank's Payment gateway (already provided)
5. Immediately download the eDocument or come back later and download it

I am busy investigating this and would appreciate it if someone here might 
have experience with a similar requirement
