[TYPO3-shop] Payment fee not posted to Paypal

Hi.
I am using the paypal ext to process payments.
Because Paypal makes a charge of some 3.5%, i have made a fee of 1.5% so 
the client is splitting the fee with me.

On the order confirmation page, just before going to Paypal, it has 
calculated the payment cost correctly.

But when i go next to paypal it is not there.

Does someone know how i can make it carry over this fee ?

I am on tt_products 2.6.3
