[TYPO3-shop] Currency converter

Hi.
Yes i did actually make the currency converter work
The module needs quite alot of work to function.
I have not finished with it yet. I still need to fix the rounding issue.
And i probably have to fix the mkl_currency module as well, because it 
does not list the basecurrency by default.

When i am done i would like to share this info, because there is lots of 
questions about it and apparently no one who had time to fix it before.
