[TYPO3-shop] in some cases ###ERROR_DETAILS### are not processed

Hi list,

i'm dealing with some strange Phantom here, cause no matter how hard i try,
i cant' get typo3 to show me a specific error some of the users see.
oh, and sorry: english is NOT my native language!

In some Cases, The Users fill out everything required in basket, but
they ALWAYS get the error,
that there is something that needs to be filled in correctly. But
instead of showing the required info,
it only shows the ###ERROR_DETAILS### marker itself.

Has someone a hint on how to debug this?

The users affected have WinXp and firefox, but as i said, even with
the same specs, i cant replicate
the mentioned behaviour.
