[TYPO3-shop] 2.6 ... where condition for tax & category?

On a site which uses 2.6, and TS like the below (which has been working 
just fine) we've just had a request to have a different tax rate for 
some categories of products.

It is possible to add a where condition so that if the product is from 
category X, the tax rate is Y?

ie. something like:

     10.title = Standard Shipping ###STATICCOUNTRIES_CN_OFFICIAL_NAME_EN###
     10.where.static_countries = cn_short_local = 'Canada'
     10.replaceTAXpercentage = 5
//
     	10.where.category = X
	10.replaceTAXpercentage = Y
//
     10.price.type = price
     10.price.0 = 10
     10.price.200 = 16
     10.price.400 = 22


or alternatively to have it use the tax rate specified on the product?
