[TYPO3-shop] billing e-mail address for statusUpdates

In a normal case one person P1 orders and pays for a product. And he 
does this for the person P2 who will receive the product. Person P2 
wants to know when the product is delivered and what the download link 
is. Person P1 is only the payer, nothing more. He has given the whole 
order away to P2.

This needs a change in the code to make this configurable to store the 
bill instead of the delivery address data or maybe better to store both 
data into the address table if no logged in users are used, into 
fe_users otherwise.
