[TYPO3-shop] tt_products insert order data

Hi Franz,

We have noticed that some customers made an order in our shop, payed for the
order but the order is not logged or registered, user data isn't created and
no e-mails are sent in our shop. For some reason after the payment module is
finished and redirects to the final page (where theorder is registered,
logged and the user data is created and e-mails are sent) the browser quits
or the customer exits the browser too soon thinking the order is allready
done. We have tested the procedure and it works good but some cutomers quit
the browser to fast for some reason.

So what I would like to do, is to insert order and customer data in the
database at the moment the customer submits his personal info. Could you
give some hints on how to accomplish this? (before I start hacking in the
code of tt_products).
