[TYPO3-shop] Lieferanschrift - Pflichtfelder entfernen

Yes thats right when i fill in ALL billing fields at FIRST TIME.

But in my shop i fill in all billing fields. only the billing field  for 
example "mail" leave empty (for testing).
the delivery fields i will not fill in.

now the required info message will be displayed. than i go back to the 
delivery fields and fill in the mail field (in the billing field). the 
delivery fields are now copied automatically from the billing fields 
except the "mail field".

the required info message will be displayed again because the "delivery" 
"mail" field is not fill in.
also i must go back again and fill in the "mail" field from delivery.

but when i fill in (AT FIRST TIME) all billing fields than will be all 
delivery fields copied automatically from the billing fields.

is this normaly or su** my shop template? :)
