[TYPO3-shop] How to hide PRODUCT_NOTE_UID_1_XXX if pages are not available?

Hi all,

I use PRODUCT_NOTE_UID_1_uid for generating links to pages with 
additional informations (Beschreibende Seite). Is there any opinion to 
do this only, if the relevated pages exists? Inside a subpart or a 
condtion in the php-code?
