Normally you can automatically create a csv file with each order and
read this into your Excel sheet.
Or otherwise you can use the phpMyAdmin to export a csv file.
If you want to see the orders at all, then you can use the feature bill,
to create a HTML file bill for them in the order tracking and print this.
There is also the order list in FE. You could also print this.
