[TYPO3-shop] Typo3 (4.1.1) And tt_products (2.5.1) Not Displaying in the Front End

Hi

I have two instances of Typo3 on a web server in two separate databases. The original site works fine with tt_products.  I then copied the database and created a whole new instance of the site, and started making changes to reflect a new site.

I have got the exactly same configuration on both instances, one works, and one does not.

I can confirm that the products exist, the categories exist, I am pointing to the "product" sysfolder, and the categories list fails to display anything inside my plugin.  The plugin is being called, I have deliberately added a syntax error the main function within the PHP.  It is integrated into Typo3 as I can add new products and categories.  The plugin does not even display a help message when configured to do so!!

Is there any advise/help that anyone can give as I keep going through the help and tutorials but still come up blank.  This is also holding up the deployment of a solution, so is a real pain.
