[TYPO3-shop] location to specify icon for hidden product

the problem is that we do not have such images. You is willing to draw
them for us?

You can find the available images for the tt_products tables at
tt_products/res/icons/table

We must add here also the hidden images. Then I can adapt the
ext_tables.php to make usage also of the hidden images.
