[TYPO3-shop] Admincode order tracking

That i understand, but when a external administrator/webeditor wants to edit the status of the order. He first has to login into typo and then must surf to the tracking url and edit the order status's. Is this the only way to get to the admin tool for editing the status codes?> I saw a order storage on my "cart" page, when i enter the page with list view. But when i change the status code there it does not work right.> I don't understand.
This was about the spot where the orders are saved. I got a cart page and on that same page the orders are stored.
