[TYPO3-shop] Discount code

Hi,

I'd like to send to my customer discount codes that they can enter 
during the order process to get a certain amount of discount.

In the doc of tt_product, I saw that you can sell gift certificates to 
your customers, which is what I need. But nothing explains how to do that...

Can someone give me some instructions to make it word? (I'm using TYPO3 
4.0.7 and tt_products 2.5.3)
