[TYPO3-shop] Fatal error

Just updated to 2.5.3 and now i get this error in my modified dibstemplate:


Fatal error: Call to a member function getView() on a non-object in 
D:\www\shop\typo3conf\ext\tt_products\pi1\payment_kap.php on line 39

The line is:
$content=$this->basketView->getView($localTemplateCode,'PAYMENT', 
$tSubpart);		// This not only gets the output but also calculates the 
basket total, so it's NECESSARY!
