[TYPO3-shop] Still a few questions

Hello,
 
I am working on a shop with TT_products. It works out pretty good. I have the tt_products plugin up and running. But there are a few questions where i am stuck on.
 
1. The manual says i must use the combination mbi_products_categories and nsb_cat2menu. I did install them but can't figure out how it works. Maybe someone could explain me how to. I found a bit of information here: http://lists.netfielders.de/cgi-bin/mailman/private/typo3-project-tt-products/2007-September/002568.html. He talks about a PID_list.
2. How do I set [backPID]'s for pages and why are used for.
3. How do i make a correct link to the shoppingcart? Now i only made a link myself in a content element, to the right PID.
