[TYPO3-shop] Shipping cost calcualtion by weight does not work

Hi there,

here's my simple example:

plugin.tt_products.shipping {
  TAXpercentage = 16
  10.title = DHL Deutschland
  10.image.file = fileadmin/template/DHL.png
  10.priceTax.type = weight
  10.priceTax.1 = 5.086
  10.priceTax.10 = 7.672
  10.priceTax.20 = 8.534
}

As I understood the documentation, this means: from 1 to <10 kg weight 
it is EUR 5.90 from 10 to <20 kg it is EUR  8.90 and from 20kg it is EUR 
9.90

The weight of my example item is shown by my basket template correctly: 
###SHIPPING_WEIGHT### -> 1.25 (kg)
But no matter how heavy or light my order is, the shipping costs are 
always calculated as EUR 9.90 in the same part of the template.

Any hint would be appreciated.
