[TYPO3-shop] binary fields in tt_products

Hi list

I intend to build a bigger shop using tt_products. I prefer to manage all
products outside typo3/tt_products. I'll write a perl-script to transfer the
data from the managementsystem to tt_products using sql-statements.

My question: I noticed that there are two binary fields of tinyblob in table
tt_products: image and datasheet. How can I enter the data?
