[TYPO3-shop] BUG delivery inputs?

Hello list,

I think i found a bug in version 2.5.1
When i do not fill in the delivery input fields its working fine after 
clicking next. Than i press the back button, the input fields are filled 
with the personal details, so that's also good. But when i press next 
again it says that i have to fill in my name...

Is this a bug?
Or how can i resolve this?
